(1)Newly Developed Product of Large-Scaled Linear Microwave Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Device is introduced in Journal of Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan, Vol.72, No.6, 74-80(2018) [in Japanese].
(2)JSPS KAKENHI Grant is aided for development of Large-Scaled Linear Microwave Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Device.
(3)Time resolution of 5 micro-second is attained in our newly developed “Floating Probe Plasma Measuring System”.
